Transcendental Meditation Manchester

I have wanted to practice TM for a few years but I thought it was unaffordable. I found Chris online and signed up to a course . Because of Covid 19 this was was online using zoom . That in itself was great as it saved a lot of time traveling . The course was fantastic full of useful info ,after I had learnt the technique. Whats more I have continued support available if I need it . I have just completed my morning meditation which I really enjoyed and I am ready for the day ahead. All I need to do now is figure out how to fit TM in regularly into my very busy family life . Thanks Chris

Chris is a very welcoming and experienced teacher who quickly makes you feel at ease. There is a very relaxed atmosphere over the 3 days of the course and Chris spends a lot of time explaining TM in different ways so that you leave after the final session feeling confident to continue and develop the daily practices. I would highly recommend the course.

It is 8 years since my first TM experience and I was quickly impressed by its effect. Any anxiety was replaced by serenity, life seemed more under control, any anger soon subsided, blood pressure normalised and I was generally more able to deal with the ups and downs of life. The continued advice and suggestions from Chris Greathead at the Manchester meetings I always try to attend, are invaluable, as is the more powerful effect which always seem to result from group meditation. The continued help from the meetings does not require any further payment after the initiation cost (although a contribution is appreciated to defray the room cost) which is amazing in this grab and take world. I thank the day that I discovered TM from the Charitable Foundation and not the Skelmersdale money grabbers and consider we are fortunate to have Chris working his special efforts in our area. Monthly meetings would be a big bonus if we could arrange them.

TM has changed my life, I cannot recommend this course enough. Chris is a fantastic teacher. Meditation has brought peace and stability back to my life and I feel ready to take on anything life throws at me. Yvonne

The benefits of meditation are well known and it is a discipline I would recommend to everyone. As a long term meditator I have found my life goes on so much better with the daily practice.
